The General Office, originally was established for the years 1997/2000 in Atlanta, USA, in 2000 / 2004, New York, USA, in 2005 / 2008 in Paris, France 2009 /2012, 2012 / 2016 and 2016 / 2019, Mendoza, Argentina.

The first General Consultant and President of the WAWWJ was journalist Bruce Galphin, from Atlanta, Georgia USA. Bruce Galphin passed away in 1998.

From February 1st 2016 to February 1st 2019 the Chairman of the WAWWJ is Raśl C. Castellani from Mendoza, Argentina ( CV attached) .The headquarters are now in the viticulture province of Mendoza, Argentina, the president's home town.

All other international consultants have started their actions from 2016 to 2019 in the USA, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, South Africa and Oceania.

The representative of each country may belong to any kind of media.

Once every year the members will hold a meeting in a viticulture area or an International contest.
